In 2008, Bill co-founded The Wallace
Companies, Inc., where he serves as
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Primarily a holding company for merchant
banks and private investment sources,
The Wallace Companies works with new and
existing companies to help them raise
necessary capital and develop winning
executive management strategies. Over
the years, Bill has worked with more
than 150 start-up companies, helping
them acquire funding, build sound
financial and compensation programs, lay
the groundwork for long-term success,

Bill firmly believes that solid
relationships are absolutely essential
to personal and professional
achievement. In keeping with that
philosophy, he founded Success North
Dallas in October 1988, a professional
mentoring group that fosters excellence
among individuals and the corporations
they represent. On Success North
Dallas’ 15th anniversary,
Dallas Mayor, Laura Miller, issued a
proclamation of “Success North Dallas
Day” to honor the group’s founding and
its ongoing business and civic
contributions to Dallas. Over the
years, 60 percent of the members of
Success North Dallas have contributed or
been featured in the Dallas Business
Journal. Twenty-two have published
books since joining the group, and more
than 50 new companies have been founded
by Success North Dallas members.
Not content to simply network with and
connect business leaders, Bill also
helps develop them. As a member of the
Board of Governors of Northwood
University and a strategic partner of
the University of North Texas Business
Leadership Program, Bill provides
mentorship to today’s students as they
forge their future careers in business.

House, and Ronald McDonald House of
Dallas. He is a member of the New
England Financial Million Dollar
