The market and corporate world have given a painful slap of reality to a number of the first-mover e-commerce companies who, in their rush to take over the world, forgot the basic details of how to build a company that will stand the test of time and the test of the customer.

Despite the carnage, the digital economy is here to stay, but it will look much different over the next five years than the last five years.

  • You won't need a program to recognize the players. The future of e-commerce will belong to the Global 2000 companies...
  • The myth of the New Economy and the reality of the NOW economy
  • Why your brand and reputation will be more important than ever
  • How e-commerce in the future will emphasize making every large company a Mom and Pop store, and not the other way around.
