"The Genesis of Making an Organization Work"

William M. Wallace, LUTCF who specializes in business and insurance planning, is associated with Wallace Financial Group, and is also a tireless civic worker in the Dallas area. He serves as chairman of the planned giving for The Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, and of fund raising for the Brian Jensens Bryans House Open Golf Tournament. Bill is newly elected to the Ronald McDonald House Charities Board of Directors. He also serves on the advisory board of The Ronald McDonald House of Dallas; Bryans House, St. Alcuin Montessori School, and the Dallas Association of Life Underwriters Foundation. He was named the 1995 Fund Raising Volunteer of the Year for Bryans House.
Bill is a charter member, and past president of the Addison Rotary Club where he has maintained a perfect attendance record for more than fourteen years. He was named Rotarian of the Year in 1988. He has also served on the board and executive committee of the Dallas Summer Musicals in addition to being active in the Boy Scout and Indian Guide programs.
Bill is a community servant by profession. His most noteworthy civic endeavor is the Ronald McDonald house, with which he has been involved since its inception some 20 years ago and currently serves on the executive committee.
The presentation is woven through the history of the Ronald McDonald House, Addison Rotary, Bryans House and various other organizations Bill has been involved with. The talk has been presented to the Dallas Urban League, various volunteer and non profit organizations and businesses throughout Dallas.
As most of you know, Bill is the originator and one of the founders of Success North Dallas and has been at its helm for over 10 years. Now we will all get a chance to learn his secrets of Making an Organization Work!
