    Charlie Bahr helps companies enjoy rapid and profitable growth while avoiding the usual (and some unusual) mistakes.  He made his name doing corporate turnarounds that built good companies rather than liquidate them, first as an officer of now-large corporations and for the last 25 years as a mentor and interim-CEO.  This success was always centered on the customer.  

The customer decides:

  • whether (or not) to try you;

  • whether to send you cash (i.e., buy from you);

  • whether to repeat the experience;

  • whether to send friends for similar;

 

His wish for his clients and his friends is to "have some fun, make some money, and do some good, but all three together".  With a good motive, a decent plan, focused execution, and simplicity in adhering to a worthy common purpose and using a worthy common method, this can be achieved.  He has a range of degrees, certifications, experience and opinions.  This will be his third talk at Success North Dallas.
