The Richards Group – called
Pharr Cox Communications – and
led the firm until 1986 when it

firm in Dallas.
In 1986, she founded C.
Pharr & Company as an
independent PR firm. In 1989, she succeeded in selling the firm to Tracy-Locke
Advertising, an Omnicom (NYSE)
agency, which she served as CEO
of PR until 1993.
Beginning in 1994, Ms.
Pharr launched C. Pharr &
Company as a communications
management consultancy.
Valerie Freeman, Co-Founder
and Secretary is CEO of Imprimis
Group and Bravo Technical
Resources, both firms specialize
in finding talent for
corporations and public
entities.
Imprimis is one of the
top 25 woman owned businesses in
Texas, as well as one of the top
25 temporary personnel services
in the Dallas/Ft. Worth
Metroplex.
The company has offices
in all major Texas cities.
Valerie has owned her
company for 20 years.
She has also been an
organizer, investor, and Board

Valerie was the 2002 recipient of the

Greater Dallas Chamber of
