Not For Profit Sector:
The Critical Difference....The Unmatched Edge

Taking a world view...a case in point:  the German economy, its accomplishments and contributions to innovation since WWII and the fall of the Berlin Wall, has not let the world.  Especially in the cyber world, this has been true.  Compared to the US, there are three critical differences.  The USA possesses and fosters:

  • A fully capitalistic system and culture where innovation and ideas can be formulated in the venture capital market place and empires built, fortunes made

  • A stock market that is an un-tethered mechanism of a free capital market (as opposed to many of those in Europe that are regulated by government

  • A Not for Profit Sector that includes the great research institutions of the world where ides can be generated over time and their applications to human affairs be made possible

Simple fact of our lives that we sometime take for granted.

At Success North Dallas, I will talk about that third bullet...

The Not for Profit Sector and:

  • What it is and what it does

  • Why it must be nurtured

  • How it distinguishes America from the rest of the free and not so Free World

SND members and guests who are volunteers, who serve on Non Profit boards and who donate to causes close to them will appreciate Bob insights and stories.
