What will happen on Election Day and
what will it mean?
The
2006 elections have the opportunity
to be historic ones no matter which
side of the political aisle you sit
on. Republican or
Democrat—Conservative or Liberal,
November 7th will no
doubt prove to be a day of great
importance to our nation. Will
Democrats take back the House or
Senate in Washington? Will
Republicans retain control? Either
way, what will all of this mean?
Pete Havel, Regional Director for
the U.S. Chamber’s Office of
Congressional and Public Affairs and
frequent commentator on the national
political scene, will talk about the
2006 elections, dissect key races
from around the nation and state and
talk about what all of this means as
we head into the 2008 Presidential
elections. It has already been an
interesting election season and we
are less than a month away!
All Local, State and National
Candidates are welcome and will be
introduced. Reservations are
required. Please arrive and sign in
by
7:15 AM. No campaign literature or
signs will be allowed.
