 "Success with Significance"
Build a positive, winning team by doing the right thing

  • If you don’t do business based on trust, then you are doing it the hard way.

  • There are only two attributes in your people that count:  Competence and Character -- As a business grows, it is natural to focus more on competence -- what a shame!

  • Reducing or eliminating inter-office politics, 2nd guessing, and gamesmanship in your business isn’t all that hard.

A 30-year business veteran, Eric Suder has grown his commitment to social responsibility in the same strong and passionate way he has grown his business

Starting in his garage in 1987, the entrepreneur has built Estech Systems, Inc. (ESI) into a multi-million dollar, industry-leading manufacturer of communications servers.  Under Suder’s leadership, ESI has sustained a profitable, high-growth, and debt-free business model since the company was founded.

As ESI has grown, Eric consistently creates opportunities for the company and others like it, to participate in socially responsibility programs.  Suder’s management approach has led ESI to become involved in the interests of the employees and to create team-building events focused on supporting the community.  His “Success with Significance” philosophy has allowed his company, its employees and its customers to have a positive impact on the lives of others.

Suder appreciates the often unseen value that such programs contribute to a company.  Employees involved in community projects also improve their teamwork at the office. Productivity is increased, turnover reduced, and a work environment built on trust develops.

By leading the way to social responsibility, Eric has helped ESI employees to gain a deeper understanding of the character of their peers.  In doing so, he has encouraged them to realize their full potential as employees and as members of the community.
